Job summary

MicroSourcing seeks an Infrastructure Project Manager to deliver business projects in a dynamic Australian telco environment. You will manage scope, budget, timelines, and customer engagement while leading cross-functional teams. The role emphasizes governance, reporting, and process improvements within a growing Philippines delivery hub.

Onsite, day shift in BGC/Taguig, with opportunities to mentor peers and contribute to ePMO initiatives in a fast-paced, high-performance setting.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years in project management with proven delivery
Experience supporting large teams and cross-functional stakeholders
University Degree or Diploma in a business, IT, engineering, or related field

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of business projects for customers, managing scope, budget, and timeline
Collaborate with Senior/Program Managers on large initiatives and provide planning and reporting support
Act as primary contact for stakeholders, building trust with clients and cross-functional teams
Prepare regular status updates and executive reports with clear, timely communications
Monitor project budgets, expenditures, and change requests to control costs
Ensure artefacts and processes align with internal methodologies and industry best practices
Mentor and guide less experienced project managers to improve competency
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to tools/templates
