Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an Infrastructure Project Manager in the Philippines to deliver complex business projects for AU Telco clients. You will manage scope, budget, timelines, and cross-functional teams onsite at BGC, Taguig.

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and governance discipline with a focus on financial oversight and program support. You will mentor junior PMs, contribute to ePMO adoption, and drive process improvements while maintaining high-quality

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in project management with a proven track record.
• University degree or diploma in business, IT, engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and spoken communication across diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of business projects, managing scope, budget, and timeline.
• Collaborate with senior managers on strategic programs and planning.
• Act as primary contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare status updates, executive reports, and project documentation.
• Monitor budgets and manage expenditures; ensure KPIs and changes are approved.
• Ensure artefacts meet internal methodologies and industry standards.
• Mentor less experienced PMs and promote ePMO services.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and tooling.
• Communicate complex project information clearly to executives.
• Coordinate across departments and external partners to drive delivery.
