Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Professional Services Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of business projects for a telco client in the Philippines. The role requires managing scope, budgets, timelines, and stakeholder engagement on site at BGC.

You will support senior managers, mentor peers, and drive process improvements while ensuring adherence to internal methodologies and standards. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in project management with successful delivery track record.
• Experience supporting large teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s or Diploma in business, IT, engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of business projects for customers.
• Collaborate with Senior/Program Managers on large initiatives.
• Act as primary contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare and present status updates and executive reports.
• Monitor budgets, expenditures, and ensure KPIs are met.
• Ensure processes comply with methodologies and standards.
• Mentor less experienced PMs and promote ePMO adoption.
• Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and tool improvements.
• Produce high-quality reports for executive leadership.
• Coordinate with departments and external partners for delivery.
• Adapt to fast-paced environment and manage pressure.
