Job summary

MicroSourcing in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager (PM) to deliver business projects for a major Australian telco client. This onsite role focuses on end-to-end project delivery, financial tracking, stakeholder engagement, and reporting to the executive team.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure compliance with internal methodologies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in project management with a proven track record.
• Experience supporting large teams and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
• Tertiary qualifications in business, IT, engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of business projects for customers, managing scope, budget, and timeline.
• Collaborate with Senior/Program Managers on large strategic initiatives.
• Act as primary contact for internal/external stakeholders and report progress.
• Monitor budgets and expenditures, manage purchase/service orders.
• Ensure compliance with internal methodologies and industry practices.
• Mentor and guide less experienced project managers.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and tool development.
• Prepare high-quality reports and presentations for executive leadership.
