Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Project Manager to deliver business projects for a dynamic Australian telco client. The role oversees end-to-end project delivery, financial tracking, and stakeholder engagement, leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Based in Manila with onsite day shifts, you will collaborate with senior managers on strategic programs, report to executives, and mentor junior PMs while driving process improvements and ensuring governance across projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in project management.
• Experience leading large teams and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• University Degree or Diploma in business, IT, engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of business projects, managing scope, budget, and timeline.
• Support large programs with planning, execution, and reporting.
• Engage stakeholders and build client relationships.
• Prepare status updates and executive reports.
• Monitor budgets and control costs with change requests.
• Ensure compliance with internal methodologies.
• Mentor junior project managers.
• Develop and improve PM tools and templates.
• Communicate project information to executives.
• Coordinate across departments and external partners.
• Navigate fast-paced environments and adapt to challenges.
