The role requires 2+ years in project management, a university degree or diploma, and strong communication skills. Onsite day shift in Taguig, with opportunities to grow within a dynamic, high-performance environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in project management with a proven track record.
• Tertiary qualifications (University Degree or Diploma) in business, IT, engineering, or related field.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities; excellent leadership and influencing skills.
• Ability to operate in dynamic, ambiguous environments and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of business projects, ensuring scope, budget and timeline alignment.
• Collaborate with Senior/Program Managers on large initiatives and provide planning, execution and reporting support.
• Act as primary point of contact for stakeholders; build relationships with clients and cross-functional teams.
