Job summary

MicroSourcing in the Philippines is seeking an Infrastructure Project Manager to lead delivery of business projects for AU Telco clients in a dynamic environment. You will manage scope, budget, timelines, and stakeholder engagement, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior managers to ensure program success.

The role requires 2+ years of PM experience, strong analytical and leadership skills, and expertise with Microsoft Office and SAP. Onsite, day shift in BGC, Taguig.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in project management with a proven delivery track record.
• University Degree or Diploma in business, IT, engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of business projects for customers within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Collaborate with Senior/Program Managers on large strategic initiatives.
• Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare and present regular status updates and executive reports.
• Monitor project budgets, expenditures, and manage change requests.
• Ensure compliance with internal methodologies and best practices.
• Mentor less experienced project managers and promote ePMO services.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and tooling.
• Communicate complex project information clearly to executives.
• Coordinate across departments and with external partners to drive delivery.
