Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring a Professional Services Project Manager, B2B Telco, onsite at Picadilly Site, BGC. You will lead end-to-end project delivery for customers, manage resources and budgets, and engage with stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.

The role requires 2+ years of PM experience, strong communication, and the ability to guide cross-functional teams. Onsite day shift with competitive rewards and growth opportunities within a dynamic telco space.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in project management with successful delivery.
• Experience supporting large teams and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
• University degree or diploma in business, IT, engineering, or related field.
• Strong leadership and analytical problem-solving with ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Commercially astute with executive-level reporting and communication.
• Proficient in MS Office tools including Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of business projects for customers, ensuring scope, budget, and timeline alignment.
• Collaborate with Senior/Program Managers on large initiatives and provide hands-on planning, execution, and reporting.
• Act as primary contact for internal and external stakeholders, building strong client relationships.
• Prepare and present regular status updates, executive reports, and project documentation.
• Monitor budgets and expenditures; manage purchase/service orders and change requests.
• Ensure project artefacts comply with internal methodologies and industry best practices.
