Job summary

You will handle inquiries, document customer accounts, and maintain knowledge of client products. The ideal candidate has 6+ months in a call center or customer-facing role and demonstrates empathy, multitasking, and professional communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months call center or customer-facing experience.
• Open to High School graduates, senior high school graduates, college undergraduates, and college graduates.
• Strong communication and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls or online inquiries.
• Provide customer service support and resolve routine concerns.
• Clarify customer requirements and document interactions.
• Greet customers professionally and maintain rapport.
• Maintain knowledge of client products and services and upsell when appropriate.
• Track and document information using the system.
