Qualifications

• 6 months of call center or customer-facing experience.
• Open to high school graduates, senior high school graduates, college undergraduates, and college graduates.
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Interface with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or the Internet.
• Provide customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services.
• Maintain complete and accurate work including appropriately notating accounts.
• Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
• Offer additional products and/or services.
• Track, document and retrieve information in call tracking database.
