Qualifications

• 6 months of Call Center/BPO experience OR 6 months of Customer-Facing Experience (CFE).
• Strong customer service orientation with a courteous and professional approach.
• Strong computer navigation skills and basic PC knowledge.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Dependable with strong attention to detail.
• Able to multitask and adapt quickly to changes.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-production environment.
• Works well independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls and online inquiries to resolve customer issues.
• Clarify requirements and use available tools to provide accurate resolutions.
• Greet customers professionally and maintain rapport and empathy.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services to assist customers.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
• Suggest appropriate products or services when suitable.
• Track and retrieve information using the call-tracking database.
• Refer complex questions to senior staff or published materials.
