You will respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat, troubleshoot issues, and maintain accurate records while collaborating with teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. The role requires at least 6 months call center experience, strong PC skills, clear communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
