TaskUs Clark – House Teamwork is hiring Customer Service Representatives. As a Teammate you will provide exceptional customer experience, handle calls, emails, and live chat, and strive to meet client KPIs in a fast-paced environment.

On-site in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga, you will join a team that values PeopleFirst culture, offers benefits and growth opportunities, and requires familiarity with Windows, Office, and Google apps, plus strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Has at least one year BPO experience.
• Has at least two years Account Management / Account Executive / B2B/ client-facing experience.
• Phone, email and live chat support experience is a PLUS.
• Must be willing to work on cyclical schedules.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and comprehension.
• Computer literate with Windows OS, Apple OS X, Microsoft Office and Google applications.
• Ability to perform a 30 WPM typing test with 90% accuracy.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking for issue resolution.
• Resourceful, multitasker with high attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or in cross-functional teams.
• Flexible and able to adapt to frequent process and information changes.

Responsabilités

• Receive inbound and/or place outbound calls.
• Provide accurate and timely responses via email and live chat support channels.
• Filter content from the client's website.
• Perform data and research functions.
• Provide support through basic troubleshooting techniques.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints.
• Identify and elevate priority issues.
• Route calls to the appropriate resource and document interactions per SOPs.
• Maintain Good Customer Satisfaction and Experience per client quality guidelines.
• Meet and exceed client mandated KPIs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and confidential handling of logins/passwords.
• Attend mandated trainings and seminars.
• Adhere to TaskUs policies and procedures.
• Provide feedback to management on problems or improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
