TaskUs is hiring Customer Service Representatives for the Bulacan - Fort Excellence site. The Teammate will handle inbound/outbound calls, email and live chat, and ensure top-tier customer experiences per client guidelines.

Expect to work on-site in Bulacan with cyclical schedules and a focus on resolving issues and satisfaction. Qualified candidates have at least one year in BPO, strong communication skills, and comfort with Windows, Mac, MS Office, and Google apps.

Qualifikationen

• Has at least one year BPO experience.
• Sales, fraud, or fintech background is a PLUS.
• Experience on phone, email and live chat support is an ADVANTAGE!
• Willing to work on cyclical schedules.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer literate in Windows, Mac OS X, MS Office and Google applications.
• Typing test not specified in ad.

Aufgaben

• Receive inbound and/or place outbound calls.
• Provide accurate and timely responses via email and live chat support channels.
• Filter content from the client's website.
• Perform data and research functions.
• Provide support through basic troubleshooting techniques.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints.
• Identify and escalate priority issues when needed.
• Document customer interactions following standard operating procedures.
• Meet and exceed client KPIs and ensure professional handling of calls.
