Job summary

Level Up Talent Solutions is hiring Customer Service Representatives for the Clark site to handle inquiries and assist customers with billing and service issues. The role requires clear communication, empathy, and adherence to account policies, with a 24/7 rotating shift including weekends and holidays.

Onsite position in Clark, Philippines. Experience in BPO is preferred but not mandatory for all segments; candidates with at least six months of BPO exposure are highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Clark.
• Willing to work on a 24/7 shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through the assigned support channel.
• Assist customers with account concerns, billing questions, payments, transactions, service issues, basic troubleshooting, or general support requests.
• Provide clear, accurate, and timely information based on account policies and procedures.
• Verify customer information and follow proper security, compliance, and data privacy guidelines.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Document customer interactions, concerns, actions taken, and resolutions accurately in the system.
• Escalate complex, technical, sensitive, or unresolved concerns to the appropriate team when needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling customer information.
• Meet performance standards related to quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate patience, empathy, active listening, and professionalism in every customer interaction.
