Job summary

TTEC in Bacolod, Philippines is seeking a Chat Technical Support Representative to handle first-level technical support for email hosting and messaging platforms. You'll help customers via chat, email, or other digital channels and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

The role focuses on solving login issues, email configuration, and troubleshooting with clear communication. A Senior High School background with IT-related studies is acceptable; BPO experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Completed at least Senior High School with background in IT-related courses.
Background in technical support or troubleshooting experience but not required, BPO experience is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of email systems, internet troubleshooting, and computer navigation.
Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Provide first-level technical support for email hosting and messaging platforms.
Troubleshoot technical concerns and guide customers through solutions.
Assist customers with email-related concerns such as login issues, password resets, account setup.
Diagnose and resolve basic to moderately complex issues involving webmail, email clients, and account configurations.
Document customer interactions and resolutions in the system; escalate unresolved or complex concerns as needed.
