Job summary

TTEC in Bacolod, Philippines is hiring a Chat Technical Support Representative to provide first-level assistance for email hosting and messaging platforms. You will troubleshoot issues, guide customers through solutions, and deliver an excellent experience via chat, email, or other channels.

Qualifications

Completed at least Senior High School with background in IT-related courses.
Background in technical support or troubleshooting experience but not required, BPO experience is an advantage
Basic knowledge of email systems, internet troubleshooting, and computer navigation
Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

Assist customers with email-related issues such as login problems, password resets, and account setup
Diagnose and resolve basic to moderately complex technical issues involving webmail and email clients
Guide customers through step-by-step solutions with clear communication
Document interactions and resolutions in the support system
Escalate unresolved or complex issues to appropriate teams
