Job summary

TTEC in Bacolod invites you to join as a Chat Technical Support Representative onsite. You’ll help customers with email hosting and messaging issues, delivering timely, friendly support via chat and email, and ensuring a positive experience.

Qualifications

• Completed at least Senior High School with background in IT-related courses.
• Background in technical support or troubleshooting experience but not required, BPO experience is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of email systems, internet troubleshooting, and computer navigation.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for email hosting and messaging platforms.
• Troubleshoot technical concerns and guide customers through solutions.
• Assist customers with login issues, password resets, account setups.
• Document customer interactions and resolutions in the system.
• Escalate unresolved or complex technical concerns to the appropriate support teams.
