TTEC is seeking a Chat Technical Support Representative to work onsite in Bacolod. You will provide first-level technical support for email hosting and messaging, troubleshooting issues, and guiding customers through solutions via chat, email, or other digital channels.

You’ll document interactions, escalate complex concerns, and contribute to a customer-focused experience with a supportive benefits package. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

Completed at least Senior High School with IT-related coursework.
Background in technical support or troubleshooting experience is a plus.
Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Assist customers with email-related concerns such as login issues, password resets, account setup, and troubleshooting.
Diagnose and resolve basic to moderately complex technical issues involving webmail, email clients, and account configurations.
Guide customers through step-by-step solutions with clear and professional communication.
Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the system.
Escalate unresolved or complex technical concerns to the appropriate support teams.
