Qualifications

Completed at least Senior High School with background in IT-related courses.
Background in technical support or troubleshooting experience but not required, BPO experience is an advantage
Basic knowledge of email systems, internet troubleshooting, and computer navigation
Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

Provide first-level technical support for email hosting and messaging platforms.
Troubleshoot basic to moderately complex issues including login problems, password resets, and account configurations.
Guide customers through step-by-step solutions with clear and professional communication.
Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the system.
Escalate unresolved or complex technical concerns to appropriate support teams
