Job summary

TTEC in Bacolod is hiring a Chat Technical Support Representative onsite to assist customers with email hosting and messaging platforms, delivering first-level technical support via chat, email, or other digital channels.

You will troubleshoot, guide customers through solutions, document interactions, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams, with an emphasis on clear and professional communication.

Qualifications

• Completed at least Senior High School with background in IT-related courses.
• Background in technical support or troubleshooting experience but not required, BPO experience is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of email systems, internet troubleshooting, and computer navigation

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for email hosting and messaging platforms.
• Troubleshoot technical concerns and guide customers through solutions.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through chat, email, or other digital channels.
• Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the system.
• Escalate unresolved or complex technical concerns to the appropriate support teams.
