• Troubleshoot technical concerns and guide customers through solutions.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through chat, email, or other digital channels.
• Assist customers with email-related concerns such as login issues, password resets, account setup, and troubleshooting.
• Diagnose and resolve basic to moderately complex technical issues involving webmail, email clients, and account configurations.
• Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the system.
• Escalate unresolved or complex technical concerns to the appropriate support teams.
