Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources, preferably handling multiple HR functions.
• Knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, payroll coordination, performance management, and HR administration.
• Familiarity with Philippine Labor Code and employment regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process: posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding.
• Coordinate manpower requirements with department heads and conduct new hire orientation.
• Address employee inquiries and concerns; handle disciplinary cases and investigations.
• Administer government-m mandated benefits and payroll inputs; respond to compensation questions.
• Maintain confidential employee records and HR databases; monitor contracts and status changes.
• Assist in performance appraisal programs and coordinate training and development initiatives.
• Support compliance with labor laws and company policies; participate in HR projects and process improvements.
