Overview
Job Description for an HR leadership role with responsibilities across recruitment, performance management, HR policy administration, payroll support coordination, and employee relations. Based in Quezon City with on-site expectations.
Responsibilities
- Develops and supervises the implementation of the company's human resources strategy.
- Coordinates with all departments to ensure timely recruitment of employees and trainees.
- Conducts strategic interviews and deliberations with Managers on selecting the best candidate for each specific vacant position.
- Develops and maintains strategic alliances with the academe for talent sourcing.
- Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
- Works closely with department managers for employee motivation, discipline, and retention.
- Ensures that HR policies, procedures, and practices are implemented and communicated appropriately.
- Assists in reviewing Incident Reports submitted by other departments.
- Maintains all personnel files and records (201 and 202) in HRIS.
- Oversees the daily workflow of the HR department to improve effectiveness and efficiency in all processes.
- Coordinates with Accounting and payroll team to support payroll processing and payments.
- Develops and implements policies and procedures for performance appraisal.
- Prepares the bell curve and discusses the results with Management.
Qualifications and Skills
- Graduate of Behavioral Science or Psychology, Human Resource Development Management or other related course.
- Has at least 5 to 10 years as an HR Generalist, HR Officer, HR Operations or other relevant HR/administrative position.
- Leadership ability to mentor and motivate a team of HR and Administrative personnel.
- Strong knowledge in Recruitment and selection strategies with experience in sourcing, screening and selecting candidates.
- Thorough understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Experience in administering compensation and benefits plans.
- Functional understanding of labor relations, employee relations, and conflict resolution techniques.
- Maintains the highest level of ethical conduct and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Reports on time to work from Mondays through Saturdays and resides within a reasonable distance from Quezon City.
- Able to start immediately after completing all pre-qualification processes.
