Lightforce Corporation is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join our Cubao, Quezon City team. This full-time role covers recruitment, onboarding, records management, benefits administration, and performance processes.

You will ensure compliance with Philippine employment laws while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support HR strategy and growth. A bachelor’s degree in HR or related field is required, with at least 3 years of HR experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a human resources role.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proficient with HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Philippine employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment and selection, including posting ads and coordinating interviews.
• Onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition.
• Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
• Administer employee benefit programmes and answer queries.
• Support performance management processes and annual reviews.
• Assist with employee relations and address HR concerns.
