Job Description
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1year of experience in Human Resources, preferably handling multiple HR functions.
- Working knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, payroll coordination, performance management, and HR administration.
- Familiarity with Philippine Labor Code and employment regulations.
- Experience in preparing HR documentation, disciplinary notices, and employment contracts is an advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, job offers, and onboarding.
- Coordinate manpower requirements with department heads.
- Conduct new hire orientation and facilitate employee onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment reports and applicant databases.
Employee Relations
- Address employee inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in handling disciplinary cases, administrative investigations, and employee grievances.
- Prepare HR documentation such as Notices to Explain (NTE), memoranda, incident reports, and other employment-related documents.
- Promote employee engagement and workplace harmony through HR initiatives.
Compensation and Benefits
- Administer employee enrollment, updates, and processing of government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave records, and other payroll-related requirements.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits.
HR Administration
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases.
- Monitor employee contracts, regularization, probationary evaluations, and employment status changes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Prepare HR reports and documentation for management.
Performance Management and Training
- Assist in the implementation of performance appraisal programs.
- Coordinate employee training, seminars, and development initiatives.
- Monitor completion of performance evaluations and training records.
Policy Implementation and Compliance
- Ensure consistent implementation of company policies and procedures.
- Assist in reviewing and updating HR policies and employee handbook.
- Support compliance with labor laws and government regulations.
Other Duties
- Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Perform other HR-related tasks assigned by management.
