You will ensure compliance with Philippine employment laws while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support HR strategy and growth. A bachelor’s degree in HR or related field is required, with at least 3 years of HR experience.

Lightforce Corporation is seeking a talented Human Resources Specialist to join our team in Cubao, Quezon City. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting our growing organisation. As a Human Resources Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, and benefits administration.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting with the recruitment and selection of new employees, including posting job ads, reviewing applications, and coordinating interviews
• Onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into the organisation
• Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
• Administering employee benefit programmes and addressing any related queries
• Providing support for performance management processes, such as conducting annual reviews
• Assisting with employee relations and addressing any HR-related concerns or complaints
• Staying up-to-date with employment laws and regulations and ensuring the company's HR practices are compliant
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the overall HR strategy and objectives
