Job summary

Bespoke Lighting Solutions OPC is seeking an HR Generalist to manage employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, payroll compliance, and HR policy administration in a dynamic team.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR-related fields and at least 1 year of HR experience. You will support supervisors, handle confidential matters, and ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR-related field.
• At least 1 year HR experience handling all facets of Human Resources.
• Strong background in Employee Relations and End-to-End Recruitment is preferred
• Thorough knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and other employment-related laws.
• Experience in handling disciplinary cases, administrative investigations, grievance management, and employee counseling.
• Proven experience in sourcing, interviewing, selection, onboarding, and recruitment planning.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive employee matters.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle employee concerns, grievances, disciplinary cases, and conflict resolution in accordance with company policies and labor laws.
• Conduct administrative investigations, hearings, and prepare Notices to Explain (NTE), disciplinary notices, and other HR documentation.
• Ensure proper implementation of the company's Code of Conduct and disciplinary procedures.
• Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Provide guidance to supervisors and managers on employee relations matters.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checking, job offers, and onboarding.
• Develop recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Coordinate with department heads regarding staffing requirements.
• Build and maintain talent pools for critical positions.
• Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, hiring efficiency, and sourcing effectiveness.
• Administer employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and government regulations.
• Prepare HR reports and documentation as required by management.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave administration, and government-mandated benefits.
• Process employee enrollments and updates for SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other statutory benefits.
• Assist employees with benefits-related concerns.
• Identify training needs and assist in organizing learning and development activities.
• Monitor employee performance improvement plans when necessary.
• Assist in developing, reviewing, and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure consistent application of company rules and regulations.
• Recommend improvements to HR processes and systems.
• Support management on HR projects and organizational initiatives.
• Perform other HR-related duties that may be assigned by management.
