Job summary

TaskUs in the Philippines is seeking a Teammate to deliver world-class customer experience through calls, email, and live chat. You will provide accurate, timely responses and document interactions according to SOPs, ensuring high-quality service.

You will meet KPIs, protect sensitive information, participate in trainings, and contribute to process improvements while working on-site in La Union. A year of customer-facing experience and two years of college are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of customer-facing experience and two years of college completed.
• Willing to work on cyclical schedules and handle phone, email, and live chat support.
• Strong verbal and written communication; proficient with Windows, Mac, and office applications.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound and/or place outbound calls.
• Provide accurate and timely responses via email and live chat.
• Filter content from the client’s website.
• Perform data and research functions; provide basic troubleshooting.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints; escalate priority issues.
