Qualifications

• Experience on phone, email and live chat support.
• Experience in Customer Service, Sales, Billing, Collections and Technical Support.
• Strong verbal and written communication and comprehension skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound and/or place outbound calls.
• Provide accurate and timely responses for inquiries via email and live chat.
• Filter content from the client’s website and perform data/research tasks.
• Provide support through basic troubleshooting techniques and resolve customer issues.
• Document all interactions according to SOPs and maintain confidentiality of login credentials.
• Meet client KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement.
