Job summary

TaskUs is seeking a Teammate in the Philippines (Cavite, Bacoor) to deliver world-class customer experiences across voice, email, and live chat channels. You will troubleshoot, research, and resolve inquiries while maintaining confidentiality and meeting KPI targets.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of BPO experience.
• Willing to work in cyclical schedules and on multiple channels (phone, email, chat).
• Strong verbal and written communication and comprehension skills.
• Proficient with Windows OS, Mac OS X, Microsoft Office and Google applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely responses via voice, email, and live chat.
• Filter content from client websites as needed.
• Perform data and research tasks and apply basic troubleshooting techniques.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints; identify and escalate priority issues.
