Qualifications

• High school graduate required; strong English written and spoken skills.
• Experience in customer support or BPO is a plus.
• Able to follow guidelines, KPIs, and process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat.
• Research and provide accurate responses to inquiries promptly.
• Document all interactions and escalate issues when needed.
• Follow client guidelines and KPIs to ensure consistency.
