Qualifications

• Fluent in English reading/writing; strong communication skills.
• Must be at least a high school graduate.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
• Research and provide accurate responses to inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Navigate internal resources to provide world-class service.
• Identify and escalate unresolved issues to internal teams.
• Document all customer interactions per SOPs.
• Aim for high customer satisfaction and adhere to client guidelines.
• Work with teams to resolve issues and support departmental initiatives.
• Participate in all mandated trainings and adhere to TaskUs policies.
