Outsourced. ph is seeking a Booking Admin Operator for an office-based role at Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga. You will manage booking emails, input data into a transport programme, and help generate consignments with key details for accurate delivery.

The role requires knowledge of freight and the refrigeration transport industry, precise data entry, and strong computer skills. You will work Monday to Friday, 6AM to 3PM, in an ISO-certified offshore outsourcing environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of refrigeration transport industry and supply chain.
• Accurate data entry using internal applications and web-based platforms.
• Ability to interpret freight requirements via email.
• Highlighting same-day requests to the operations team.
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset for verifying consignments.

Responsibilities

• Handle a booking's email address and input customer requirements into the transport programme.
• Create consignments with reference numbers, dates, origin, destination, pallets, and temperature specs.
• Sort consignments by region or job status to assist the operations team.
• Ensure data accuracy to meet supermarket specifications and timeslots.
