Job summary

Shipzy PH is hiring an Operations Staff to sit at the center of daily execution in Cavite. You will coordinate drivers, keep bookings moving, resolve customer issues, and maintain clean records in a hands-on role within a small team.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years in operations or logistics, with strong English and Filipino communication. On-site work six days a week, duties span dispatch, customer support, and admin tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or IT is a plus).
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, dispatch, logistics coordination, or customer service.
• Comfortable working in web-based systems and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch and driver coordination using the platform’s admin dashboard.
• Respond to customer inquiries and booking requests; handle disputes and rebookings.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, proofs of delivery, and driver documents; prepare operations reports.
