Job summary

Outsourced.ph in the Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Data Entry Clerk to support our refrigerated transport and supply chain operations from our Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga office.

You will manage bookings, transfer customer requirements into a transport program, generate consignments, and ensure accuracy to meet supermarket specs. A background in refrigeration transport is preferred; strong data entry and computer skills are essential. Monday to Friday, 6AM–3PM (MNL).

Qualifications

• Accurate data entry skills required.
• Familiarity with freight requirements preferred.
• Proficient with data systems and tracking software.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

• Enter and manage booking data in transport systems.
• Create consignments with reference, dates, origin and destination.
• Ensure accuracy to meet supermarket specifications and timeslots.
• Highlight same-day requests to the operations team.
