Job summary

Outsourced is a leading Philippines outsourcing company delivering dedicated remote staff. This role combines customer service excellence with hands-on logistics coordination to ensure orders arrive on time and customers feel supported.

Work is onsite at the Cebu IT Park Office in Cebu City, with evening/night hours aligned to Manila time. Candidates should have experience with bulky goods delivery and UK-based customers, and be proficient with CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service (preferably e-commerce or retail).
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple cases.
• Confident handling complaints and difficult conversations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service across email, live chat, and phone.
• Coordinate deliveries of large garden furniture items (including installation).
• Track orders and provide real-time updates to customers.
• Handle claims and warranty queries; arrange replacements as needed.
• Log all interactions and work toward KPIs like response and resolution times.
• Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to improve products and processes.
