Outsourced is seeking a Booking Admin Operator (Office-based) to join our Clark, Pampanga team. You will manage bookings, enter data into transport systems, and coordinate with operations to ensure on-time deliveries of perishable goods.

Ideal candidates have data-entry experience, a basic understanding of freight requirements, and strong computer skills to handle tracking software and internal platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience with data entry and freight requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage bookings via email and data-entry into transport system.
• Record reference numbers, dates, origin/destination, pallets and spaces, temperature requirements.
• Ensure consignments are processed so as to meet delivery times and supermarket requirements.
• Maintain accuracy of consignments for perishable freight.
