Job summary

Outsourced.ph in the Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Data Entry Clerk to support our refrigerated transport and supply chain operations from our Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga office.

You will manage bookings, transfer customer requirements into a transport program, generate consignments, and ensure accuracy to meet supermarket specs. A background in refrigeration transport is preferred; strong data entry and computer skills are essential. Monday to Friday, 6AM–3PM (MNL).

Qualifications

Job Description

• Knowledge of the refrigeration transport industry and supply chain - highly preferred
• Accurate data entry - internal application and web-based platforms (tracking software)
• Ability to interoperate / understand freight requirements via email.
• Highlighting same day requests to the operation team.
• Strong computer skills
• Analytical mindset

Managing a booking's email address in a timely manner, by transferring the specific customer requirements into data within a formulated Transport based programme. This data is specific to the information below, which in turn creates a consignment for the customer.

• Reference number
• Pick up date / delivery date
• Origin and destination
• Quantity pallets and spaces
• Temperature or product requirements

Once the consignment note has been created it is then sorted by a specific region or job status, enabling our operations team to manage consignment. Produce is a highly sensitive perishable item, the accuracy of these consignments is paramount to ensure the freight is controlled and delivered within supermarket specifications, and meeting timeslots.

Work Location and Schedule

• Office-based
• 5th floor, One West Aeropark, Clark Freeport Zone, Mabalacat Pampanga.
• Monday to Friday 6AM to 3PM MNL Time
