OFFSHORE BUSINESS PROCESSING INC. is looking for a Logistics Operations Associate in Metro Manila. You will handle import/export registrations for airfreight and seafreight, arrange bookings, and manage shipments from intake to delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or operational support.
Proficiency with Excel and Outlook.
Familiarity with logistics and freight management systems.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

Execute import/export shipment registrations for air and sea freight with proper documents.
Arrange bookings, manage orders, warehousing, transport, and pickups per client rules.
Compile shipment details and prepare customs clearance data.
Handle B-job registrations and related documentation.
Prepare operational documents like invoices, notices, and reports.
Maintain client trackers and dashboards with accuracy.
Communicate with clients, carriers, and internal teams to resolve issues.
