Job summary

OFFSHORE BUSINESS PROCESSING INC. is seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to manage import/export registrations, bookings, and documentation for airfreight and sea freight operations in Cubao and Ortigas.

You will ensure SOP compliance, maintain trackers and dashboards, and communicate with clients, carriers, and internal teams to resolve issues with accuracy and efficiency. The role requires a degree in business/logistics and 3–5 years in logistics, freight forwarding, or operational

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
3–5 years in logistics, freight forwarding, or operational support roles.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with logistics systems desirable.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

Execute import and export shipment registrations for airfreight and sea freight.
Arrange shipment bookings, warehousing, and transport assignments.
Compile shipment details and support customs clearance processing.
Prepare operational documents and ensure SOP compliance.
Manage client emails and communications with clients, carriers, and internal teams.
Maintain client trackers, shipment status reports, and dashboards.
Suggest process improvements and assist in SOP development.
Perform other duties as assigned by the client.
