Job summary

RCBC is seeking personnel to cover absentee roles in Service Manager/Officer/Associate positions across the Cavite area, including Tagaytay and Imus. The role supports customer service excellence and adherence to BSP/AML regulations while staying aligned with branch objectives.

Ideal candidates are graduates in business or service-oriented fields, with knowledge of bank policies and potential sales experience within banking. Willingness to be assigned to multiple branches is required.

Qualifications

• At least a 4 year graduate with a degree in business or any service industry oriented course.
• Knowledge of bank policies and procedures for branch operations.
• Sales/marketing experience in a bank is an advantage.
• Willing to be assigned in different branches within the area.

Responsibilities

• Act as absentee Service Manager (SM), Service Officer (SO), Service Associate (SA), or Service Associate-Pickup Teller (SA-Pickup Teller) in their absence.
• Assist in performing compliance reviews on a case-by-case basis as assigned by the Regional Service Head.
• Perform ad hoc tasks such as special investigations/reviews, reconciliation of unbalanced accounts, ATM duty officers, etc., as assigned by the District Service Head.
• Ensure that Business Center transactions are processed within set limits, approvals, and authorities per bank policies and Operations Manual.
