RCBC is seeking an absentee Service Manager/Service Officer for Manila-based assignments. The role supports branch operations by stepping in for BC personnel, ensuring policy compliance and delivering excellent customer service to drive total customer satisfaction.

The position requires a 4-year degree in business or related field, with banking policy knowledge and a willingness to work at various branches within the area.

Formación

• At least a 4 year graduate with a degree in business or any service industry oriented course.
• Extensive knowledge in bank policies and procedures for branch operations.
• Strong customer service and sales orientation in a banking environment.

Responsabilidades

• Assumes absentee Service Manager/Service Officer/Service Associate roles in their absence.
• Assist in compliance reviews as assigned by the Regional Service Head.
• Perform ad hoc tasks such as investigations, reconciliations, ATM duties as assigned.
• Ensure BC transactions are within set limits, approvals and authorities per policies.
