Job summary

RCBC in Masbate is seeking personnel to cover absentee roles in Service Manager, Officer, and Associate positions. The role supports compliance with BSP/AML regulations and aims to deliver excellent customer service to drive total customer satisfaction.

The candidate should hold a four-year business or service-industry degree and be willing to work across branches in the Masbate area, with strong knowledge of bank policies and branch operations. Sales experience in banking is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least a 4-year degree in business or service industry.
• Extensive knowledge of bank policies and branch operations.
• Sales/marketing experience in banking is an advantage.
• Willing to be assigned to multiple branches within the area.

Responsibilities

• Assumes the position of absentee Service Manager/Officer/Associate in their absence.
• Assists in performing compliance reviews as assigned by the Regional Service Head.
• Performs ad hoc tasks such as investigations, reconciliation of accounts, ATM duties, etc.
• Ensures BC transactions are processed within set limits and regulatory rules.
