Job summary

RCBC seeks an absentee Service Center professional to cover Manager/Officer/Associate roles across branches. The role emphasizes strict adherence to bank policies, AMLA rules, and regulatory requirements while delivering excellent customer service.

Willingness to be assigned to Catarman and other branches within the area is required, with prior experience in banking operations and customer service valued for success.

Qualifications

• At least a 4 year graduate in business or service industry oriented course.
• Extensive knowledge of bank policies and procedures for branch operations.
• Sales/marketing experience in a bank is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Absentee replacement for Service Manager/Officer/Associate roles in their absence.
• Assist in compliance reviews on a case-to-case basis as directed by the Regional Service Head.
• Perform ad hoc tasks such as investigations, account reconciliations, and ATM duties as assigned.
• Ensure BC transactions are processed within set limits and authorised per branch policies and regulatory rules.
