Job summary

RCBC in the Philippines’ Bulacan region seeks a dedicated team member to provide over-the-counter banking services at the Malolos Paseo Del Congreso location. You will ensure compliance with BSP/AMLA rules and internal bank policies, identify and mitigate risk, and support branch objectives through exceptional customer service and service-related initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide competent, timely and error-free over-the-counter services to customers in the Business Center.
• Ensure compliance with BSP/AMLA and other regulatory rules.
• Recognize risk areas and mitigate risks by following bank policies and procedures.
• Support branch objectives through excellent customer service and related initiatives.
• Engage with clients to offer an excellent service experience and maintain orderly operations.
