You will qualify opportunities across tech solutions, manage CRM data, and hit KPIs for appointments, conversions, and show rates while maintaining professional English communication and a proactive sales mindset.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in B2B appointment setting or outbound B2B calling in a call center/BPO environment.

Aufgaben

• Outbound B2B calling to SME decision-makers (cold, warm & targeted prospecting).
• Qualifying opportunities across telco, hardware, AI, print, and security solutions.
• Identifying genuine commercial needs, authority, timing, and intent securing commitment and booking sales-ready appointments.
• Objection handling and progressing prospects to next steps.
• Maintaining CRM accuracy and appointment quality standards.
• Consistently achieving KPIs for appointments booked, show rates, and conversions.
