Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B cold calling, outbound business development, and appointment setting.
• Experience targeting commercial property managers or related B2B audiences is a plus.
• Familiarity with Apollo, LinkedIn prospecting, and data verification tools beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound outreach to decision-makers via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Arrange in-person meetings when appropriate and handover details to local team.
• Maintain and verify prospect data in Google Sheets/Drive; update records.
• Document outreach activities, responses, and next steps; share updates with the team.
