Qualifications

• Two years of proven BPO appointment setting or lead generation experience.
• Strong background in high-volume outbound telesales and cold calling.
• Professional English fluency with sharp verbal communication skills.

• Adaptive personality to connect with diverse Australian business profiles.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Minimum 2-years outbound call center experience.
