Job summary

Boomering in Angeles City, Philippines, is hiring an Appointment Setter to support an Australian commercial fit-out business. You will be the first voice prospects hear, booking video meetings for the sales team and handling 80–100 calls daily as training progresses.

The role is on-site, with early schedule from 6am to 2:30pm, Monday to Friday, and a comprehensive benefits package designed to reward proactive outreach and accurate CRM updates.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in outbound calling, appointment setting or B2B sales supporting AU/US/UK clients.
• Excellent spoken English with a clear, professional phone manner.
• Familiar with CRM tools and data entry accuracy.
• Experience with construction, real estate or building products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Call new leads within 5 minutes and book video meetings for sales.
• Re-engage past clients and identify upcoming projects.
• Make 80–100 outbound calls per day when fully trained.
• Follow up via SMS and email; maintain HubSpot records.
• Open conversations and create opportunities for the sales team; quoting not needed.
• Send a short daily activity report.
